o problema é o seguinte quando eu imprimo uma imagem com fundo transparente por cima de uma normal tp quando eu sobreponho elas com a picturebox acontece que aparece as duas imagens soh que toda a parte branca fica preta tem como arrumar isso?

Isso é a máscara de cor transparente... é bem subjetivo e chato de arrumar. Posta um pedaço do código ae

É provável que tenha que colocar as imagens em um listimage pra poder fazer a definição dar cor transparente. Talvez até tenha que converter o formato de arquivo para PNG ou BMP

O problema eh q o vb naum quer aceitar o png
eu to ligado que pra trabalhar com transparencia eh melhor png
vc sabe como faz ele aceitar png?
